Enter into the call option agreement

Once your bid has been accepted by the seller, a call option agreement will be generated and provided to both parties for online signature. This futures contract has been elaborated by leading legal & accounting practices - and is delivered within the platform.
Call option issuance costs are invoiced to the buyer.

When the time comes for you to exercise the option, the seller will notify you of the “call option period” ( 2 months) in which you can exercise your right to the option.

All notifications will take place on the platform in pre-filled digital documentation which you can sign securely on-line.

50% of the estimated package price is due when the option is exercised. All payments are carried out between the parties - outside the platform - and notified to Circotrade simultaneously.

Circotrade has developed a unique process to adjust the quantities and final price of sale which includes owners reps and warranties & two stage third party verification. See our quantity adjustment process.

The final payment amount will be adjusted as per our “Quantity adjustment process” and the final amount will be notified to you. The final payment of the adjusted package price is due within a month of notification by the seller to the buyer of availability of the package(s) purchased.

One of the main benefits for sellers on Circotrade’s platform is that as soon as the call option is exercised, the seller can recognize the value of the option on their consolidated accounts. The IFRS accountancy treatment of this new value stream has been certified by a leading accountancy firm.

The embodied carbon which will be saved through your action in engaging in and facilitating the re-use of materials within your buildings falls under scope 3 and can be reported in your extra-financial reporting.

These provisional certificates attest to the re-use and carbon values which may give rise to a tax or carbon credit for carbon reduction linked to material reuse. These certificates are downloadable within the platform.
